The A, B, Cs of Loving One Another, “H”

By Elaine Baldwin| @elainehbaldwin

Hope all things. I Corinthians 13:7 Love hopes all things.

Romans 8:24 For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees?

“Will I get the college scholarship?”

“Will he call?”

“Will I get the promotion?”

“Will my child get well?”

“Will he be able to forgive me?”

“Will my son come home?”

“Will my friend stop using?”

“Will I ever be published?”

These and thousands of other possible questions swirl in and out of our lifetime.

Without hope we will despair. With hope we rejoice.

Without hope we will give up. With hope we persevere.

Without hope we find blame. With hope we give grace.

Without hope the world overcomes. With hope we overcome the world in Christ.

Hope all things. Hope all things. Jesus is victorious.
